The workstation consists of two Karnop CRP-RH20-10-W welding robots, welding power supply, robot specific welding gun, electrical control and button station, safety protection fence (optional) and other parts.

  Working mode: manual loading and unloading, robot automatic welding

  3. Workflow

  1. The operator places the workpiece on workstation one, presses the reservation start button, and the robot begins welding operations.

  2. The operator places the workpiece on workstation two, presses the reservation start button, and waits for the robot to weld.

  3. After completing welding at workstation one, the robot automatically starts welding at workstation two.

  4. The operator unloads the welded product at the workstation and continues to clamp the workpiece.

  5. Repeat this cycle.
